Automatic Retractable Seal System
The newly installed automatic operable wall features an advanced top and bottom retractable seal mechanism that extends and retracts automatically upon panel movement. This innovation eliminates the need for manual seal adjustment, ensuring airtight closure every time the partition is deployed across the opening.
- Top seal extends upward to press firmly against the ceiling track
- Bottom seal drops automatically to close gaps with the floor surface
- Seals retract smoothly when panels begin to stack or slide
- Consistent acoustic performance without operator intervention
Electric Drive Mechanism
Unlike traditional manual or crank-operated partitions, this system is powered by an integrated electric drive unit. A single button command moves the entire panel array along its track, reducing labor effort and cycle time significantly. The motor is engineered for quiet, reliable operation under daily use.
- Push-button operation replaces manual cranking or pulling
- Electric motor delivers smooth acceleration and deceleration
- Suitable for high-frequency use in hotels and conference centers
- Low-maintenance drive train with built-in overload protection
